Part 3 – Not Sodom or Gomorrah
“What’s going on?” House asked as the Tardis lurched to and fro.
“Someone’s operating the equivalent of a primitive time scoop,” replied the Doctor
“English, please.”
“That was.”
“Shouldn’t you invoke some Time Lord mojo, or something.”
“Has anyone ever told you…”
“Yes.”
“There,” the Doctor said, as the turbulence calmed down. “My, my. Someone really is being naughty, manhandling the time vortex like that.”
“As naughty as Sodom and Gomorrah?” House asked.
“Don’t know. Let’s find out,” the Doctor grinned as he threw a lever.

Doctors Carter and Lee were finally able to close down the Stargate.
“See, time travel is a curse,” Ann MacGregor mumbled.
“OK people, what happened?” General Landry demanded. Before anyone could answer, there was a bizarre groaning sound. Assuming it was an aftermath from the gate mishap, everyone turned toward the gate room. Instead of gate activity, they saw a large blue box appearing out of thin air.
“Marines to the gate room!” Landry commanded. Two men who emerged from the blue box were surrounded by a squad of marines, all pointing automatic weapons at them.
“Has this ever happened to you before?” House asked.
“Yes, but after a while you get used to it,” the Doctor shrugged.
They took away Dr. House’s cane.
“Hey, I’m a cripple!” House complained.
“You’re a crippled…. I mean ‘disabled’, man infiltrating a top secret government facility?”
“Well, actually infiltrating a top secret government facilities only a sideline. I’m really a physician.” House turned to the Doctor. “You’re uncharacteristically quiet.”
“Just watching how you handle yourself,” the Doctor smiled slightly.
“Who are you two?”
“I’m Doctor Gregory House.”
“And you?”
“I’m the Doctor.”
“Your name?”
“John Smith.”
“You’re kidding,” House cried. “I didn’t believe that one in the hospital. You think these top secret government guys are going to buy it?” The Doctor glared back at him.
“OK, you two. What are you doing here?”
“That depends on where we are,” mused the Doctor looking around. Then he saw it. “Oh look, you have a chopa-eye, a stargate. Brilliant!” he grinned. “I haven’t seen one of those in years. Not as good as a Tardis, but pretty nifty all the same.”
“So you’re familiar with stargate technology?” inquired Samantha Carter.
“Not as nearly as familiar as I’d like to be with you,” House mused in his own lecherous way. Carter and the Doctor stared back at House incredulously.
“Yes,” the Doctor interrupted. “I’m familiar enough to know you shouldn’t be attempting to use an artificial wormhole as a conduit into the time vortex.”
“How did you know?” Carter asked.
“Time travel is my vocation.”
“I told you this was a bad idea,” Ann MacGregor insisted.
“Enough. Take these two to the holding area,” ordered General Landry.
“At least, can I have my cane back?” House asked at a marine grabbed him by the arms.
