 Interesting cover. My question is why are there four lights in each eye socket? These lights don't appear in any other photo. However, I do like the inclusion of the brain. It shows the imprisoned humanity. I suppose all will be revealed on Saturday.  |

That's the Controller. I believe only he gets the lights and the brain window.
I'm not sure about those lights at all.

I am not quite sure if I like his design. He is a bit too boring (he looks roughly the same as a Cyberman).
