Sorry about that. But I'm here now. I have to admit these things go in waves. But I am surprised that there isn't more activity, given that we are in the middle of the second series. Certainly Cyber-Month fizzled at the end, which again is surprising given that a lot of people were excited about its creation. It would probably help if we have some more provacative topics. Anyone? Activity begates activity.

Hi Prof ;D Sorry about my little moan but I don't have anything to do here at work and it's driving me around the twist, I guess I'm just feeling a bit sorry for myself

When you walk through a storm
hold your head up high
And don't be afraid of the dark.
At the end of a storm is a golden sky
And the sweet silver song of a lark.
Walk on through the wind,
Walk on through the rain,
Tho' your dreams be tossed and blown.
Walk on, walk on with hope in your heart
And you'll never walk alone,
You'll never, ever walk alone.
Walk on, walk on with hope in your heart
And you'll never walk alone,
You'll never, ever walk alone.

Aack! Now I'm expecting the sudden, extremely improbable appearance of falling geraniums and whales.
Actually I don't know the tune to that song (I'll count that as a blessing, shall I?) but am familiar with the words, thanks to Douglas Adams.
Hey Thasc, it's good to see you.
If I've been absent you may chalk it up to my horse having stepped on an old rusty nail last week. This week has been all wonky what with vet visits, and soaking that hoof in epsom salts, and mixing up large amounts of horsey meds in even larger amounts of molasses. The medicine needs to be yummy when the patient weighs 1500lbs.
It's good to be here at the end of the stressful day, though. I'm having a glass of Shiraz. Care to join me, Thasc, or do you only drink Champagne?
Mare
