You can never have too much Roger Delgado, my Dad doesn't want them to bring back the Master because he feels as if noone could ever live up to his wonderful portrayal!

I know what he means I have a few reservations about the Master returning as well
Although Peter Pratt, Geoffrey Beevers and Anthony Ainley are the Masters I grew up watching Roger is by far the best Master ;D

Ainley had some good performances, particularly Survival which is where the production team finally decided that the Master is a much bigger character than a panto villain. And I'm sure RTD and co realise this too, I mean how great would it be for the Doctor to discover that one of his own is still alive, only to realise that it's his mortal enemy? It would be such a great story if done well.

I agree If they do decide to bring the Master back though I hope they don't mess up casting the character ;D

I know what you mean, not another Eric Roberts fiasco, I'd quite like someone like Ken Stott, Mark Strong or David Morrissey, Morrissey afterall has already worked with Tennant and there could be some good chemistry there. And of course Tom has to be mentioned...hahaha.

Eric Roberts was awful, bler I wouldn't mind seeing Art Malik I think he would make a very good Master he certainly has the looks

Ooh, good choice. Still, I guess we'll have to see what happens. I felt Anthony Stewart Head's character in School Reunion was the closest this series has come to creating a character like the Master. The scenes between Finch and the Doctor were just brilliant, reminded me (just) a little of Pertwee and Delgado, two evenly matched foes discussing things.

Yay I thought that too
It would be nice to see a return or as near as possible a return of the Pertwee/Delgado magic
