A.K.A: What are you listening to? What's in your iPod? What's on your most played?
I'm currently listening to the new single by the Divine Comedy: "To Die A Virgin" which is superb. Also "That's Me Trying" by William Shatner and Ben Folds which is just beautiful. "Rockin' The Suburbs" by Ben Folds is also rather high on my 25 Most Played along with such classics as "Hurt" by Johnny Cash, "The Only Living Boy in New York" by Simon and Garfunkel, and for some reason "The Oriental" by Status Quo! And a Ukrainian cover of "The Queen Is Dead" by a band called er...The Ukrainians.
So how about you pop pickers? What's on the top of the hit parade?

I have been mostly listening to the new album by Regina Spektor Begin To Hope and the reissue of Stupid Dream by Porcupine Tree. Plus the aforementioned Divine Comedy's Victory For The Comic Muse. In singles and single songs it's been The Greatest by Cat Power and We Both Go Down Together by The Decemberists both of which I've been listening to for months now. More recently it's been Don't Blame Your Daughter by The Cardigans, The W.A.N.D. by The Flaming Lips, The Ride by Joan As Police Woman (a terrible band name but a great song), Monster Hospital by Metric and relative oldie The Cloud Room by Laura Veirs. I'm also looking forward to getting my hands on the new Lambchop album Damaged. By the way, That's Me Trying also features the dulcet tones of Aimee Mann.

So it does! It's wonderful though isn't it? And I think the Quo existing on my laptop and most played list on my iTunes is basically down to a lot of boozing and 'Stick that Quo song on that has all the pseudo racism and bad lyrics on!'
And I'm currently listening to "The Life Pursuit" by Belle and Sebastian

Cracking tune that! I've been listening to Nick Caves slow-waltz version of Pulps Disco 2000 and also "Radiodread" a reggae cover album of the Radiohead album "Ok Computer" by the guys that did "Dub Side Of The Moon"

Thought so. I would like to hear that.
I am now listening to 'Woman' by John Lennon. One of the post-Beatles Lennon songs that prove his love affair with Yoko Ono was not that bad.
