Last night I was watching Curse of Peladon and before that most of The War Machines; few things I pondered at (Curse of Peladon), the first being that- if the TARDIS is indestructible, couldn't the Doctor just have jumped back onboard the TARDIS, close the doors, brace for impact. I know they wouldn't get into the tunnels and castle but think of the possibilities; Jo's alright but the Doctor's unconscious, she struggles out, finds a tunnel whilst the Doctor comes to, staggers out to see a spaceship fly past, recognise its origins and see the Ice Warriors descend.
