Phase Three ready; Interaction with other beings present and subtlily release cybermats into berylium stores. And then blame its action on a native of seventeeth century Scotland wearing a kilt.

We are Cybermen, you will be wondering what has happened, 14 years ago your astronomers detected a new planet that within a state of hours ceased function and a large cover up was introduced culminating in Security Wigner being repositioned as the Greek chef Curt in that episode of Fawlty Towers, the radar technician appeared briefly in a series of films, notably Hammer's Scars of Dracula. Therefore no information was leaked to the public.
Is that not so? We are from a fourteenth planet in this solar system but originally came from the twin planet that burnt up but left before it returned... hard you see to understand, so I'll simply say;
We will survive... no, wait that's not right... um... Hello, we are not from Mondas or Telos the dark side of the moon.... Hm, I think I got away with it, now to open this drawer and drop a cybermat inside.
