Craig Hinton, author of many Who stories, has died aged just 42.
His books included The Crystal Bucephalus, GodEngine and The Quantum Archangel and he was responsible for the Big Finish audio Excelis Decays. He also contributed to BF's The Tomorrow People audio range.
He was also the editor of DWM's Shelf Life section for a time, doling out criticism or praise on a myriad of Who merchandise.
Although the exact cause of death is currently unknown he is known to have suffered from poor health in the past.
