Did anyone see the first installment of Tin Man last night, the reimagining of The Wizard of Oz?
I'm sure some will hate it. It's a more complex, adult and scifi-ish approach to the story. It's interesting, and stylishly executed, but I can't make up my mind whether I like itor not.

Sounds interesting, I'm stuck for things to watch now that House and Heroes are finished until after Christmas and possibly beyond if the writers strike continues!

I generally liked it. It was a wierd take on the Oz story. They took all the parts from the book and scrambled them around. Definitely a much darker interpretation.
Zooey Deschannel is adorable as DG, the Dorothy-like character, although the wide-eyed look wore a little thin after six hours. I think she was working the look of wonder too much.

I liked Zooey. And how can you not like the name? Although I have to admit her range of expression was somewhat limited. I'd like to see her in something else before I make final judgement.

Has this been shown in the UK yet? If so, I missed it.

I just finally saw Hitchhiker's Guide. And who was playing Trillian? None other than the adorable Zooey Deschannel.

Watched an episode and it was utter drivel; another reminded of the depth that TV has sunken to!
