Well, that was rather intreaguing. Interesting to see how things went without the Doctor, resulting in a very dystopian world, with incredibly adult concentration camps hinted at. I must admit, I wasn't expecting things to go along those lines. As soon as labour camps were mentioned it hit me, and the acting of Bernie Cribbins and the other actor (whose name escapes me) played it brilliantly.
Well, it wasn't a spider on Donnas back, some sort of scarab that feeds on the energy created by changing a decision.
I'm still not too sure about why Rose was brought back other than conveniant plotting, but maybe more will be revealed in the next two weeks. And Bad Wolf once again. It does seem to strike me as another RTD ego massage with several mentions to his past stories.
Although, one niggle; Harold Saxon. Ordered the shooting of the Racnoss which was his rise. But he seemed strangely lacking from becomming PM, as the Doctor didn't have anything doing with his rise to power. Hmm.
Still, let's see what the next two weeks bring; certainly the Doctor, Donna, Rose, Martha, Jack, Gwen, Iano, Wilf, Sylvia Sarah Jane, the Judoon, Davros AND the Daleks. *phew*

I thought this was VERY patchy at the start, with all zipping about through the "Look what could have happened in these episodes". After the nuclear explosion was when the episode really hit its stride, slightly uncomfortable with the allusion to concentration camps but these scenes were where the strength of "Turn Left" lay. Very much looking forward to next weeks episode, which looks to take all the elements of RTD's tenure for what could be a killer season finale.

For a Doctor-lite episode, it was better than the second series one, but not as good as "Blink".
It had a filler quality to it, just like "Midnight."
Next week looks like it's jammed with guest stars, ie: the Doctor's army, Sarah, Jack and their associated cast members. If only the Bridadier would show up. He was mentioned earlier this series. Keep your fingers crossed.

Loved it. Nice set up to the final epic. Loved the references to Sarah Jane and Torchwood.

Without the Doctor and Martha, the Master/Harold Saxon would have remained trapped 10 trillion years in the future. If Saxon hadn't given the order to shoot, someone else would have.

Causality in parallel realities can be confusing. It happens to me almost every morning. ;D

All this talk about parallel realities. Whatever happened to perpendicular realities?
