A most Christmasy DW story yet. I particularly enjoyed the visual display of all of the Doctors.
Morrissey was excellent as the Doctor, and even better as Lake.

Absolutely, utterly, wonderfully mad, like some of the best Who. Morrissey and Tennant played off each other terrifically, the only person other than Rose to convince the Doctor to come round for tea!
And a giant Cyberman? Perhaps one of the most impressive feats of New-Who thus far?
All in all this is, by far, my favourite of the Christmas episodes which are as we all know by now, unashamedly populist exercises in entertaining millions. And by jove did they succeed!

I loved it. I enjoyed it more than any other Christmas Special yet. Morrissey was brilliant. I also liked that it didn't fall into the usual pattern of giving him a temporary female companion. Although I did feel the giant CyberKing was a bit OTT. My only serious criticism is how could the cyber information projector thingy have a record of the Doctor's previous regenerations if they were the Cybermen from the parallel universe? They'd only met the 10th Doc. (But I did enjoy watching the succession of past Doctors.)

Apparently they nicked it off the Daleks. That just gives me the image of Cybermen and Daleks floating around in the Void pickpocketing each other.
