Not generally a big vampire story fan. (Couldn't care less about Twight, etc.) but this one was a dandy.
Could have done without Mickey Rory though

Not as good as the previous two but still a great little story, a good romp! Interesting that the Vampires weren't actual vampires and alien fish, which was an interesting twist, with the mind not being able to comprehend the perception filter in the mirror thus giving them no reflection. Plus, those "vampire" girls were gosh darmned attractive.
Matt is continually shining through as the Doctor, and I really do prefer him to Tennant, who seemed to have become a caracature of himself by the end in my view. And Amy and Rory worked well as well. It was interesting to see the development of Rory in this one and his agreement to come with the Docotr and Amy at Amy's bequest was a much better way than Rose's sulkiness to Mickey asking to joing the TARDIS crew. This could make for a good dynamic.
Some good amusing moments, such as the Doctor popping up from the cake at Rory's stag do "There's a girl outside in a bikini, someone let her in and give her a jumper" Seemed a very Doctor thing for him to say. And Rory's slowly moving himself away from the gunpowder he was sat on as well was rather amusing.
Next weeks looks rather interesting as well. This "Dream Lord" character could be interesting considering he seems to get himself inside the TARDIS.
