'Amy's Choice' as it was actually good! For me, this holds the record of being the firs/only actually good story since the new Doctor Who began.
Should have featured a cameo by Lon from 'Snakedance' though...

My favourite was Vincent and the Doctor. I thought Tony Curran's performance was brilliant, though the monster was rubbish. (It should have remained unseen.)

Hungry Earth/Cold Blood were my favourite. I really liked the Home Reptilia. Too bad the females warriors were all so intractible. But a really good traditional Doctor Who story. Add to that the heart-breaking departure of Rory.
Glad we got him back finally.

Finale was pretty good, although all the different monsters allying themselves was a bit much. Since when did the Nestene and Silurians have time travel? Outside of that, pretty exciting.

I voted for the Eleventh Hour. One, its a very clever title. Two, it gave birth to my new favourite food. Yes, fish fingers and custard. ;D

Ah, I hated the ''homo reptilia'', not because they looked too human, but their scientific name is impossible. ''Homo'' can only apply to species belonging to the genus ''Homo'', whereas ''reptilia'' is a class which is made up of the orders Testudines, Crocodilia, Squamata and Sphenodontia. ''Homo reptilia'' means, roughly, ''human reptiles'' but the Silurians are only human-like reptiles and for ''Homo reptilia'' have descended from a the ancestor of humans (and they would not be ''reptilia''). In short no scientist would give them such a name as to muddle biological classifications. The Silurians, and the Sea Devils, seem to be Testudines.
Maybe they shouldn't, but things like that ruin it for me. I guess it is one of the reasons why I am not keen on the Tom Baker era.
The story itself was not too bad though.

Perhaps the Doctor was joking when he said Home Reptilia. Maybe as a non-human interplanetary scientist, he doesn't give human classifications much weight.
Actually, I found the homo reptilia females quite sexy. I'm not sure what that says about me. ;D
