'Graverobbers Wullie?'
'That's just the thing Constable, they wis putting something intae the graves.'
Edinburgh, 1829: William Burke has been hanged for his crimes, handed over to the authorities by his partner; William Hare, who has since disappeared.
With the spectre of the crimes hanging over the city, strange experiments in Edinburgh's Surgeons Square, and odd goings on at Greyfriars Kirkyard, the Doctor and Anna appear to have arrived at just the right time.
What is the true purpose of Joseph Fairfax's experiments to prolong death? Who are the strange figures burying bodies after dark in the Kirkyard? And is William Hare back in the city and still operating in the cities vaults?
The answer will bring the Doctor face to face with some old enemies intent on changing the course of human history.

Thanks you two. I'd be happy to start posting episodes but I can't think of a title! Gutting! I already used 'The Resurrectionists' for a different story and it's a PERFECT title! 'Doctor Who and the Bodysnatchers'?
