Hi All,
I was wondering if you could help me by filling out this survey. I'm doing a little exploratory research. Any additional information about your reading habits would be appreciated.
Thanks.

I'm old-fashioned, I buy mainly hardcopy books! I'll leave these new-fangled e-books to the youngsters!

You can't beat a book, a proper book. I don't get on with these things where you can read a book on an electronic gizmo, that's not a book, and staring at a screen for a while will hurt your eyes. Good old paper books are much better. Besides, a little water spill on one of these gizmo's and that's game over, books can dry out.

I agree with Beowulf and Cornelia. I but real books. The type of books which you can touch, smell and but bookmarks in. I do occasionally read free ebooks (public domain works of literature and books to help with my many studies) but it is very uncomfortable for me and I do not think they are worth paying for.
I do enjoy audiobooks. Sometimes when I am doing some work, I have no time to read so I listen to them while I write, read non-fiction, paint etc.

I rarely buy books unless a Doctor WHo or Torchwood novel catches my eye. I did get Stephen King's isery to read on holiday back in August but that was in a bargain bucket and was really cheap. I haven't bought another book since.
