With all the predictions about the 2012 bringing the end of the world, what should be so happy about? You needn't worry. As you all know this comes from the Mayan calendar that ends in 2012. Well, the Doctor and I nipped back in the TARDIS and asked the Mayans what was up with the whole 2012 business. They said they just got plain tired. And that we needn't fuss as the world will not really end until 2023. Whew! So there's nothing to worry about. So, I'd like to wish all the residents and visitors of the Tardis Type-40 Forum a sincere and Happy New Year! ;D     ;D   ;D |

Happy New Year everybody. Thanks Prof, for checking on those pesky Mayans. ;D I hope 2012 brings us all wonderful things. Thasc is a rare poster these days since The Final Frontier closed. Jeff (The Doc) hasn't been seen on any of the forums for a while now. I am friends with him on Face Book and do chat with him every now and again. LB is around though but works full time now and doesn't post as often as he did.
I do miss the old days when we were all such prolific posters.

I miss the Doc and Thasc. Great members. Wish the Doctor would post around here more, and Chris (shamefully I forgot the name he used to use on these board...Turax? C'Tan?).

Ah, Traneei has not been around for years. I had her email, but I lost as I only added it to an email that I used long ago before losing my password.
I miss Soldeed/Mestor too. I know he was not popular with some people but he was a funny and intelligent guy. I know he is working as a human rights lawyer so he should be busy!
