Thanks Prof.
Been a brilliant two weeks. Didn't get to have any of the Lutefisk, but did have stockfish, whale, reindeer (which I've had before), moose, cod tongues, viking feast, king crab and so much more food. Saw the Northern lights three times, went husky sledding, slept in a snow hotel, went on a sea eagle safari and saw loads of the big buggers, went to the most northern brewery in the world and so many other things.
