I took my lovely lady away for the weekend this weekend, and during the course of the weekend, I went down on one knee, and now we appear to be engaged! ;D

Well, we met about six or seven years ago through a mutual friend. We went away to Anglesey for a long weekend and I proposed in the gatehouse of her favourite castle. As for dates, we haven't got any yet.

Well, seeing as you asked, we've got a provisional date (depending on the outcome of a venue we're looking at tomorrow) of March 2014.
I've also picked out the suits for the men (mine will be slightly different as my coat is being made for me) and the missus has found a dress already too! Yes, we're getting things ready early so they don't book up!

I jumped ahead in the TARDIS. It was...I mean...will be a beautiful wedding. Lovely bride. Nice weather.  Although, you might want to keep an extra spoon in your pocket. And under no circumstances, should you wear purple socks. (Can't say why. You know, timey-whimey stuff.) ;D |

For those still about, and ironically now I've just returned I'm about to disappear for three weeks, the big day is now four days away, this saturday!
Following that, we're heading off on honeymoon to Norway to hunt down those Northern Lights, along with staying in an Ice hotel, husky dog sledding, sea eagle safari, fjord trips, viking feasts and many more fun activities!
