Hello everyone,
Haven't been around a lot lately. Just wondering what has everyone's been up to.
I've been working a night shift, so my days/nights are downside up. And of course, I've been eagerly awaiting Series 3.

I'm glad that at least someone is awaiting series three then! I've got to be honest, I feel a complete lack of interest closing in. I can't feel in the least bit excited about the next season. I've got a feeling all the RTD-isms will still be there, ruining what might otherwise be good stories. And as for all this malarky about the Doctor meeting his son...who might be Jack....spare me! I can just imagine how RTD will deal with it - everyone blubbing and flinging themselves into each others arm like in some awful American soap! I started losing interest around the middle of last series, when I would just plain forget it was on on Saturday night, and only remember on Sunday. The Runaway Bride at Christmas didn't do much to rekindle my enthusiasm either.
Sorry this is so negative, but to be honest, I wonder if it's worth bothering anymore.

If you're not bothered then don't watch it. No one's forcing you. Walk away and do something you want to do.
That whole 'Doctor's Son' thing is tabloid crap by the way.

Certainly, there are defects in scripts. And often, most of us would prefer things were done differently. So why do we still watch? We just love the Doctor, the TARDIS and the overall concept. And there's always a scene somewhere that's pretty good.
BTW, good to hear from you Monk.

Wow, such a response! I'll have to leave more often. No, just return more often. Yes, but if he returns more often than he leaves, won't there be more than one of him here at once? A Multiple-Monk storyline!

No, just return more often. Yes, but if he returns more often than he leaves, won't there be more than one of him here at once? Congratulations, you just passed the Time Lord Academy Entrance Exam. ;D
