I went to see Pirates of the Caribean III with my kids over the weekend. What an incredible waste.
Although, there were a few good moments, there was just too much jammed into the film, with far too many subplots.
And I'm really not thrilled that they left it open for a fourth film.

Oh dear  Sorry to hear you didn't enjoy the film  I have heard that the critics don't rate it very much either I was going to buy the DVD but now I'm not so sure I shall bother |

It wasn't horrible, just a bit to much packed in. They are plenty of fun bits. But you have to pay close attention tofollow the plot. The character of Calypso is particularlydifficult to understand.

i enjoyed it when i saw it, but then i guess im a little biased and everyone has their own tastes.
i can see where you;re coming from in regards to a lot going on, but i do enjy films that make you think at times.
