I think I read that somewhere too. Something about more efficient burning of calories for survival. Damn that natural selection.
Anyway, I lost another pound.

You won't. Have faith (and plenty of willpower).

Too late, I regained it.
I attribute it to a day of running around and not having time to eat right. Back to...

Week Three is over and although I didn't exercise as often as I liked, I am pleased to report another 2lb loss. My current weight is now 15st 5lb with 35.5% body fat. That's a loss of 1.1% on last week!
So in three weeks I have shed 6lb and 2.2% body fat.

Only 1lb off this week, but that's better than a lb on. But I lost 1.2% body fat which is good and that now stands at 34.3%. So I think that means that with only losing one pound, I must be converting fat into muscle!

Has anyone considered going on the biggest loser show? I really feel sorry for those people having to do temptation and stuff.

I maybe a few pounds over, but I'm not that big. Plus if I want to be humiliated, I had other ways.
