Wowee! I have just woken up from what was either the greatest dream of my life or one of the greatest two days of my life!
I met George A Romero, King of the Zombie Flicks! I was walking up to the cinema to watch the interview that was taking place yesterday, when who should get out of a black Merc but the interviewee, the man who brought us Night of the Living, Dawn of the, Day of the, Land of the (The new one which is ace!) Dead! George A Flipping Romero!
I walked over and cried, "George can I just thank you for all the great zombie movies you've given us?"
"Thank you very much!"
"Do you mind if I get my photo taken with you?"
"No not at all!" And who should take the photo but the editor of 'Land of the Dead'! Romero then proceeded to sign my Dawn of the Dead DVD and head into the cinema. Because of this good luck, I've decided to hang around the cinema again on Tuesday to try and meet Joss Whedon! I LOVE Edinburgh during the festival!

No, George (He's my best bud now, I can call him that! ;D) is responsible for the so-called "Trilogy of the Dead" which now includes Land of the Dead in a sort of quadrilogy.
He also made "The Crazies" "Martin" and a film called "Bruiser" which I really REALLY want to find.
