If the Alphabet were in the house, and one had to be voted out, the comments might go as follows:
E: I'm never going to be voted out. They need me. I'm the most used letter. They'll never vote me out of the alphabet.
W: Those vowels are so arrogant, especially that E. The one we have to get rid of is H. H just sounds a sigh, a real wimp. Sometimes you can't even tell he's there: "whether, wheel, what". See? I've been carryinghimfor years. He's a real "whorm". Ha-ha. Vote him out, I say!
X: I'm worried. I don't think the other letters respect me. I mean there aren't a lot words that begin with me. And when I do start, I can tell Z wantsthem. He said Xylophone should really begin with him. I also have to watch K and S. They've been move in on my end-of-word work. As they say, they'll "boks" me in. I say 'Bollox' to them. They only thing I've got going for me is the algebra angle. Hopefully, Y will support me there. But Z will try to screw me there too. So much for the old XYZ team!
H: I'm hoping C, S and T will support me. We've done some good dipthong work together, (ch, sh & th). W is really trying to stick it to me. A lot of the other letters tease me because I'm not a "hard sound". Well, B and K can go #%&*! themselves!
K: A lot of the consonants really hate the vowels, think they're arrogant. I don't really care. It's A, B and C that p*ss me off. They act like the can represent all of us. I don't remember electing them to anything! C is one I really hate. Sometimes she sounds like me, sometimes like S. What, one sound isn't good enough for her? Now, S is a letter I like being next to. Together, we could oust X. Besides, I like her curves.
