Actually, I thought he was very sexy in a soft intimate kind of way. His voice in the Big Finish stories was....well....can I borrow one of Thasc's swoons.

I liked the Eighth Doctor. The plot of the movie was not particularly brilliant, but I thought Paul McGann gave a great performance, and had the character of the Doctor down to a T. He's good in the audios, where the stories are generally better than the movie.

I thought McGann's portrayal was very good, but as has been pointed out the plot was quite lacking. It spent to much time making references to various canon points, such as the Daleks, Gallifrey, et cetera. It was great form, but without much substance.
