Right, now, I read this on a site which doesn't specialise in posting Doctor Who spoilers, which is either a good or bad thing...not entirely sure. So I'll leave big enough space in case you've accidentally stumbled on this.
SPOILERS !!
DOCTOR WHO? - OH HIM.
Word reached me of an FX team working on test footage of... well... okay, spoilers on.
Morphing an image of the head of the late Antony Ainley (who played The Master in Doctor Who during the nineteen eighties) into the head of... well. Antony Stewart. Head, against a cricketing background. Does this mean that a) it’s a stunt, b) they’re ignoring Eric Robert’s portrayal of The Master in the Paul McGann TV movie or c) Antony Stewart Head will play The Master in the second series of the new Doctor Who?
And we’re back again. Tissue Compression Eliminator anyone?

Who knows? But using Anthony Ainley wouldn't necessarily negate Eric Roberts. The Doctor could simply been encountering an earlier incarnation of the Master. We don't know what he looked like between the Ainley and Roberts Masters. Well actually, he looked like...... Much better than Eric Roberts, don't you think? ;D

Yeah but he is hard to see. In the novels made inbetween the Series and the film, he apparently resembled Basil Rathbone, maybe just vaguely though........
But Anthony Head plays the Headmaster according to most sources.

Well yes he does. That said, it does seem like too many cooks with all the comebacks such an episode would entail. However, the 2005 annual hints that the Doctor is not alone in the universe...

Looks like this is false....never mind. I'm sure the Master is out there...somewhere!

I think the Master is still in the TARDIS at the moment. Maybe he will escape only time will tell!

From the Eye Harmony, he could have gone anywhere.
Good to hear from you again Doctor. We see far too little of you around here.

Why thank you.
A lot have been noticing my shorter stays on line. I have grown considerably busier and also the days seem to be getting shorter. I am not online as much now and a lot of my time is spent on my own forum as we have been getting a new member every other day recently...which is great news for me!
Anyway, I do think that the Master will escape from wherever he is (TARDIS? Matrix? Black Hole?) however I would prefer to see his escape ratger than him just being there again and trying to kill the Doctor.
I would like to see him escape as that 'Death-Worm' and take over a body (a bit of continuity to the film) of someone...rather than say making the Master in the series a previous incarnation to the Eric Roberts one.
And he should have a beard again this time.

I personally favour beards myself. Mah-ha-ha-ha!
