Family References

In Smith and Jones, there was another reference to the Doctor's family. In the initial hospital scene, the Doctor is asked if he has a brother. He replies, "Not any more". This is (at least) the third reference, the first being in The Empty Child and the second in Fear Her.

I am wondering if a future revelation about his family is coming.

Possibly, but I mean, I suppose it's nothing new, we always knew he had a grandaughter, and he talks a little about his family in Tomb of the Cybermen. But who knows?

Wasn't there talk of the Master being the Doctor's brother at one point? Maybe that's in the cards for the Doc later on. Then again, there's always this mystery surrounding the Doctor. The title alone suggests that we may never know everything about him...
