It's official, Davison and Tennant are teaming up for a special Children in Need episode of Doctor who, written by Steven Moffat called "Time Crash". Great news, and I think Davison looks pretty good in the costume these days. To see the picture and hear what Peter has to say on the matter go here: www.bbc.co.uk/doctorwho/news/cult/news/drwho/2007/10/21/50016.shtmlRoll on the 16th, I just hope it's on BEFORE the newsreaders annual medley. Being in Scotland, it does mean I have to put up with the horrendous regional coverage.

I love the comment about "doing the buttons up". It's particularly funny to me, as years ago Davison came to the US to do a DW promotional tour. He was even to put on his old costume. But the BBC accidentally shipped the trousers that were sewn for Colin Baker for the Davison-Baker regeneration scene. They were too big for Davison, even before Baker ballooned up.
I wonder if he'll wear the Baker trouser for the CIN scene. ;D

I thought the original costume had longed since been auctioned.

Perhaps they did. If they had to create a new costume, then why did they have to put in that stupid question mark on the collar?

I suppose it was for authenticity. It is admittedly a detail worth skipping.

I suppose it was for authenticity. It is admittedly a detail worth skipping. If they were going to skip details, they should skip that stupid piece of celery. Actually, is it going to be just Davison and Tennant? No companions? Oh no, I just had a dreadful thought...they could bring Adric back!!!
