Having just watched the ridiculously exciting second episode of "The Lost Boy" I just thought it was a good time to throw the floor open to discussion about what I think has been the most grown up and balls to wall entertaining pieces of kids television since god knows when.
I particularly like how the show deals with adult issues such as missing children, alzheimers and death in a way that doesn't patronise the younger viewer. This is a childrens show written by adults, instead of Torchwoods disappointing immature approach to so-called adult issues. I've loved this series so much, particular stand out episodes being the fantastic, moving "whatever happened to Sarah Jane?" and the last five minutes to "The Lost Boy" which I wont spoil for those that haven't seen it. So well done to a great writing team, a fantastic cast of young actors and heres to a second series!

I haven't had the chance to see it yet. I thought the pilot was quite good, and it seemed like it would be a fun adventure series for the age group it was aimed at. But i must admit, the appearance of the oh-so-funny Slitheen in the first story sounded ominous!

As I'm sure some of you are aware, the show has been given a 24 episode second series! Incredible! I think SJA should have a few old series monsters come into it that may not have a place in "New" Doctor Who. Also, if the Brig isn't gonna pop up in the new series, have him visit his old friend Sarah Jane!
